Everything you need to know about getting your Mini Beit furniture home, and what happens if it isn’t right.
Free delivery on every order
Delivery is free on every Mini Beit order, with no minimum spend.
Delivery time
Every piece is made to order. Your furniture is delivered within 12–15 working days of order confirmation. We'll call you before delivery to agree a day and time slot.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to Cairo and Giza governorates only, including New Cairo, Nasr City, Maadi, the New Administrative Capital, Giza, Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October. Orders to other governorates can’t be placed at checkout yet.
On delivery day
- Our team brings the furniture into your home and places it in the room you choose.
- Please check each piece before the team leaves and tell them straight away about any visible damage.
14-day returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return any Mini Beit piece.
- Not assembled, in original packaging: full refund to your original payment method.
- Assembled or used: accepted within 14 days if the piece is in good, resaleable condition, with no damage, stains, marks or changes beyond normal testing of its form and function. Refunded as Mini Beit store credit.
- Proof of purchase: your order number or invoice is required. Without it, we can offer store credit only.
What can't be returned
- Pieces made to a custom size, finish or specification on request
- Items that have been modified, repainted or damaged after delivery
- Items that can no longer be resold at full price
How to return
Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange collection from your home and confirm the refund once the piece is inspected. Refunds are issued within 14 days of collection.
Damaged or faulty items
Please check your order when it's delivered. If anything arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us with photos and we'll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. This is separate from the 14-day change-of-mind return and doesn't affect your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.
